American back in GP3 for another season

ART Grand Prix and Conor Daly are pleased to announce an extension on their partnership in the GP3 Championship Series. During the first year of their collaboration, 2012, they recorded a rich track record that included a victory and five podium finishes. Moreover, beyond the overall results, the young American’s display of speed and raw performance greatly impressed the French team.

Therefore, the integration of Conor Daly alongside Facu Regalia and Jack Harvey in the ART Grand Prix GP3 Series driver line up, is a logical and natural conclusion. Conor was working on the new car for the team during winter testing where he posted the 3rd and 4th best times at the Barcelona and Silverstone circuits.

The 2013 GP3 Series Championship season will kick off in Barcelona on the 11th and 12th of May.

Conor Daly:

“I am very much looking forward to being back with ART Grand Prix again. Their history in the junior levels is impressive and I want to add to their legacy. Testing went well and the new car is so much better than before. I can't wait for Barcelona.”

Frederic Vasseur:

“ART Grand Prix and I are sincerely delighted to give Conor another warm welcome. We only have excellent memories from the first year of our collaboration and Conor is valued very much for his speed, his ability to push hard on the race track and the fact that he's always in a good mood.”
