Following GP3 Qualifying which took place early this morning, stewards deemed that Atech CRS GP driver Ethan Ringel impeded another competitor during qualifying.
Therefore the American driver faces a three place grid penalty drop for Race 1 which takes place at 17.20 CET today.
Ringel has qualified in P21 and will now start in P24.
